在外殼設(shè)計(jì)過程中，主要目標(biāo)是打造一款能夠滿足石油化工、化工、煉油、油氣、電力以及水處理等領(lǐng)域最嚴(yán)苛應(yīng)用需求的產(chǎn)品。因此，特別重視材料的選擇以及對(duì)材料本身的特殊處理，以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)上述應(yīng)用中常見的具有侵蝕性的環(huán)境的最高防護(hù)水平。AllGlobTop Logo系列CF外殼采用鋁合金制造，銅含量（≤0.1%），結(jié)合特殊的鉻酸鹽轉(zhuǎn)化涂層處理和聚酯噴漆工藝，確保在工業(yè)環(huán)境中對(duì)腐蝕性和侵蝕性介質(zhì)具有出色的抗護(hù)能力。
對(duì)于特別嚴(yán)苛的環(huán)境應(yīng)用，例如極低溫或極高腐蝕性的環(huán)境，提供采用316L不銹鋼制造、經(jīng)過特殊電拋光處理的外殼解決方案。
During the design of the housing, our primary goal was to create a product capable of satisfying the most severe applications for petrochemical, chemical, refinery, oil & gas, power generation and water treatment. Therefore, particular care has been given to the choice of the material as well as to special the treatments to the material it self to obtain the highest level of protection against aggressive ambience typically present in the above applications. AllGlobTop logo housings series CF are manufactured with aluminium alloy with a very low copper content ( <= 0.1%) which, combined with the special chromate conversion coatings treatment and polyester painting process, guarantees an excellent protection against corrosive and aggressive agents typically present in the industrial environments. For applications in particularly severe environments, such as very low temperature and/or very high corrosion, we have a solution of 316L SST made housings with a special treatment of electropolishing.
