Picoflow是專門(mén)為測(cè)量物料濃度非常低的輸送線中的粉末流量而開(kāi)發(fā)的。
Picoflow在氣動(dòng)應(yīng)用中尤其適用。
但在自由落體應(yīng)用中也能可靠工作，落體速度至少為2 m/s。
測(cè)量系統(tǒng)以g/h或kg/h為單位提供絕對(duì)測(cè)量值（校準(zhǔn)后）。也可選擇特殊的空氣凈化系統(tǒng)。這是用于材料往往烘烤表面。
picoflow用于以下用途：
?在氣動(dòng)應(yīng)用中，材料流速為幾g/h（取決于應(yīng)用）
?自由下落時(shí)，下落速度至少為2 m/s（約25 cm下落高度）
?如果灰塵測(cè)量?jī)x器無(wú)法應(yīng)付，并且流量測(cè)量?jī)x器超過(guò)規(guī)定值
PicoFlow was specially developed for measuring powder flows in transport lines with very low material concentrations.
PicoFlow is particularly good in pneumatic applications
but will also work reliably in free-fall applications with drop speeds of at least 2 m/s.
The measuring system delivers absolute measurements(after calibration) in g/h or kg/h. A special air purging system is also available as an option. This is used for materials which tend to bake onto surfaces.
PicoFlow is used for the following:
? In pneumatic applications for material flow rates from some few g/h (depending on application)
? In free-fall with a drop speed of at least 2 m/s(approx. 25 cm drop height)
? In cases where dust measuring instruments are unable to cope and flow rate measuring instruments are over specified
