The INVERSYS DPR 200-8.5 screw compressor is designed for industrial enterprises, various industries, with a need for up to 62 cubic meters of compressed air, where the task is to significantly save electricity.

The Inversys DPR series screw compressors have a frequency drive, which allows you to control the engine, saving electricity, and a modern screw block allows you to achieve high performance. The compressors are distinguished by a high-quality screw block, direct drive, thoughtful cooling system, low vibration and compact design.

Technical features:

- Thanks to the new patented profile of the screw block rotors, air losses during compression and the required torque are reduced;

- Use as the main drive of a motor with efficiency class IE4 (optional).

- Efficient power transmission from the electric motor to the screw block, via direct transmission, ensures the lowest losses during mechanical power transmission and no radial loads on the bearings.

- 3-stage separation scheme ensures minimum oil content in compressed air (≤3 mg/m3);

- Energy savings of about 30-35% with a torn compressed air consumption schedule.

- Efficient aerodynamics of the compressor ensures uniform distribution of the cooling air flow, which leads to increased cooling efficiency of the main units, lower temperature inside the compressor, and reduced noise levels.

- Ergonomic compressor body with easily removable panels provides easy access to each part of the compressor for easy maintenance;

- Possibility of controlling several compressors (up to 5 compressors) (55 kW and above)

- In all models, the air outlet openings are located above the head
